memorial day mentions..

The long Memorial Day weekend was a dream! I know I just started my summer classes.. but the break was a nice treat! Both of my brothers serve/served our country (Justin was in the Army and Steven is a Marine currently in Afghanistan) and while we pray for and think of them everyday.. Memorial day is an extra special day to our family because we can have friends over to celebrate and thank those who have fought and are fighting for our freedom. We had a little cook out at our place with friends and family over and it was a bunch of fun! Below are pictures of my dear brothers.. and a sample of some of our Memorial Day party decor! :)

Steven in Afghanistan or Kuwait (he travels between the two). He's over there now and we miss him so much.. will be home Feb2011.
